FAQ RETURN POLICY
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund or exchange. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery.
The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.
All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in Dubai.

Enter your order number and email address in the fields "Start your return".
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
