Absolutely! Lemon Swim is based in Dubai. Lemon Swim uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact info@lemonswim.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lemonswim.com. We are happy to try and assist your request!

France : 2 working days
Europe : 4-7 working days
UAE : 4-6 working days
Morocco : 1-2 working days
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, Lemon Swim is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, less a return postage charge of $20 and a $15 administration fee.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. You can track your order on our website in the section "Track your order". If you have not received this email, please email info@lemonswim.com

A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at info@lemonswim.com

We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at info@lemonswim.com to check the possibility.

Please be aware that Lemon Swim does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund or exchange. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.

All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in Dubai, France and Morocco.
